The terms for using AMC Booster

By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. In short: the course is for you alone, keep the material to yourself, and pay what you agreed with us.

Your account

• Give us your real name and contact details, and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account is for one person. Don't share it or let someone else study on it.

Registering for a course

Creating an account doesn't give you access to a course. You register by talking to our admissions team, and an admin enrolls you once we've agreed the price and any installment plan. Your access to a course starts when you are enrolled and lasts until the end date shown on your registration.

Payments

• You pay in Bangladeshi taka, in cash, by bKash or by bank transfer, as agreed with us.
• If you are on an installment plan, pay each installment by its due date. We may pause your access to a course while an installment is overdue, and restore it once it is paid.
• Refunds, if any, are agreed with you when you register. Ask admissions before you pay.

Our course material

The videos, notes, questions, quizzes and everything else in our courses belong to AMC Booster. You may use them for your own preparation while your registration is active. You may not:

• record, download, copy or screenshot videos or notes to share them;
• share, sell or post any part of a course, in a group chat or anywhere else;
• copy our questions into another course, question bank or app.

Every page of lesson notes carries your name and contact details. If our material turns up outside the course, we can see whose copy it was.

How to behave

Be respectful in lesson comments and in anything you hand in. Don't post anything abusive, misleading or off topic, and don't try to break, overload or get around the protections on the site.

Ending your access

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, especially by sharing course material. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.

What we can and can't promise

• We teach to help you prepare, but your exam result depends on you and on the AMC. We can't guarantee that you will pass, or any outcome with the AMC, AHPRA or immigration.
• Our material is for exam preparation, not medical advice for treating patients. The AMC's own rules and dates are what count; check them with the AMC.
• We work to keep the site running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell registered students directly about significant changes. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
